Injection

Equipped with advanced injecting machines as well as the inspection instruments, our rich-experienced engineers and production staff guarantee high quality injection parts with timely delivery.

Generally, there are 2-3 workers used for every injection machine to work after injection, do 100 percent quality check and pack, fully assure the high quality of finished products.

According to customers’ requirement, we can use the imported high-quality plastic raw material, such as GE of America, BAYER of Germany, POLY of Japan , Chimei of Taiwai, etc. And if customers want to further cut down the product cost, we can recommend locally sourced raw materials manufactured in mainland China and ensure product quality at the same time, such as ABS, PC, ABS+PC, PS, SAN, PP, NYLON, PMMA, POM, PET, TPE, TPR , etc.
